Delivery

We offer free delivery for purchase over HK$1,000. Total order amount of less than HK$1,000 will have a delivery rate of HK$100. 

Your wines will usually be delivered in 3 days from the date of order. We will inform you the delivery details by email/whatapps once it is confirmed.

Delivery service is limited to Hong Kong, Kowloon and New Territories, and is not available to outlying islands and remote locations.

 

Temperature-Controlled Delivery

We use SF Express Refrigated Delivery for all our delivery.

Wines are delivered by using the temperature setting of air-conditioned at 17 ~ 20 °C.

 

Return / Refund Policy

Refund is only applicable on wine or champagne below HK$750 (per bottle) or less than 10 years old. 

No returns shall be made on glassware or accessories after the receiver has acknowledged receipt of the goods. 

In the event that you would like to claim a refund or return, please notify us within 3 days from the date of delivery.
